1. Right to Return and Refund

At Twinkle Twinkle Kids, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return​

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, clean, and in new condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns for personalized products or items sold at a heavy discount (except in cases of defects).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us – Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval – Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  3. Shipping the product – The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged or was sent incorrectly.
  4. Inspection and refund – Once we have received and inspected the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

4. Refunds

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used for the purchase.
  • The refund process may take 3-5 business days, depending on the bank or payment service.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases where the product is defective or was sent incorrectly.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. In these cases, we cover all return costs and will offer a full refund or a free exchange.

6. Products That Do Not Accept Returns

Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Personalized products.
  • Items on special offer or sold at a heavy discount.​
  • Underwear or accessories for hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
